It's the last day!!!!  But personally, I feel like my family has made changes that will last beyond PFJ.  So perhaps this is not the last day after all.

We've come a long way... PFJ is helping with probably the biggest thing... personal reflections on impact.  PFJ is helping us to see where we could be better and to understand that it is both simple and incredibly complex.  It is also helping us to see that by working together and forming community we can do great things.

Found Boba drink in a reusable container... so that's cool.  Grocery shopping is still quite difficult if going plastic-free, although I am noticing a lot of glass packaged items that are potentially catering to the plastic-free market.  Mayonnaise, mustard, salad dressing, and a few others.

Anyone have ideas for microwave food that is plastic free?  Like microwave lunches

Michelinas is all paper board - and cheap. High in sodium, so it's a bit of a mixed bag.

This involves some prep, but I will make a big batch of a meal (like soup, burritos, stir-fry, curry) and then freeze in individual size portions ready for grab-n-go.
