Reusable Face Coverings

Disposable masks are made of mixed materials and not recyclable. When possible, I will reduce my waste while protecting myself and others by wearing a reusable face covering when in public settings where other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain.

Congratulations for an incredible performance, Team ZNE!  Second place is amazing!  But if you look at the points per team member, we are CRUSHING our "first place" competition.  287 average points per team member for us, vs. 181 points for Maryland!

I'm so proud of our team! We had the same situation with Maryland Zoo last year, and again, we were so far ahead in points per team member. Maryland Zoo has a much bigger team, but our team members are having larger individual impacts!

Last year's PFJ prompted me to buy a metal razor handle that uses double edged safety blades.  I bought a good pack of 50 steel blades for $15 that I am still using today!  Better for the environment and incredibly cheaper than plastic razor cartridges!

I've found that I'm responding to so many of the challenges with "I already do this", because of permanent changes I've made from previous PFJ's!
