Natural Fibers

When available, I will purchase clothing made with natural fibers, such as cotton, linen, or wool, rather than synthetic fibers.

One-Time Action

Food

Use a Reusable Mug / Collapsible Cup

If possible, I will avoid sending 3 disposable cup(s) to the landfill per day by using a reusable mug or bringing my own collapsible cup.

Share My Actions

I will make my environmental actions visible by posting to my social media networks.

Lifestyle

Laundry detergent sheets

I use detergent sheets rather than liquid laundry detergents. This keeps me from having to dispose of the plastic jugs that liquids come in. Detergent sheets come in small cardboard envelopes.

I carry reusable straws with me and use them when I’m in restaurants rather than using the straws the provide.
