    Well since starting this challenge I felt very defeat. I knew that I used a lot of plastic even though I would be probably be considered a mindful user! However, looking at the actions on the challenge made me self conscious, but I realize that feeling that way will not result in change. By recognizing things that need to be improved upon, that is where we can grow the most! Today I am feeling more encouraged and back in the headspace of one step at a time!! I did want to say thanks to my teammate Jen for cheering me on:) Keep rocking on everyone<3

      This is why we do this challenge, to bring awareness to our own actions so we can make small changes that add up! You're going great Laura!
