    Food Use Reusable Utensils
How can you be an advocate for using reusables instead of disposables for the rest of your community? Where are they currently dependent on disposable food packaging or eating utensils, and how can you convince them of the need for change?

Most produce stay fresher without the plastic.  I got fresh cucumbers from a coworker’s garden today. So that’s a win for me . Free and plastic free!

Everytime I get mushrooms from the store I take the plastic off because mushrooms are fresher without the plastic... what a waste! I might consider growing my own mushrooms with a mushroom growing kit.

The  challenge was going well until I had a visitor in my home. This person was firm on purchasing water bottles and single use containers.  I was not able to convince them otherwise.
They did recycle but I had hoped to change their mind about initially purchasing them
