I was surprised at how many accesible options there were for more sustainable toothpaste packaging. I purchased toothpaste in an aluminum package this weekend and I will encourage others to try it as well!

I learned that I consume a bit less than the average American, a bit more than the average European, and much more than the average Indian. While I've taken steps this year to consume less, I still have work to do!
