  • Reflection Question
Food Use a Reusable Mug / Collapsible Cup
Since the restrictions that COVID-19 has required of our society, trying to use your own cup might present new barriers, as well as new opportunities for creative problem solving. How were you able to achieve success on this action? How can you make it a long-term habit?

I take my reusable bottle with me everywhere I go. I recently bought a new one cause mine broke. (From Starbucks of course)

Having it with me at all times makes it easy to use and easy to save on plastic bottles, cups and straws!

I always bring my own snacks and with six kids packing our own snacks not only saves money but allows us to waste less and use less plastic.
