This weekend my family and I went camping. My family is not big on recycling, but after they noticed how much trash was produced, we started a recycle bag and I saved all of the disposable cutlery, to rewash for next time. Also they all took their own coffee mugs to avoid the yucky styrofoam cups. I was very proud of them all.

    Good morning Team,

I went camping this weekend and it was hard to escape the single use plastics, the styrofoam cups, throw away forks and spoons. It at least gave me an opening to share with my family why they are bad for the planet and for our health. I hope you all had a happy 4th of July weekend!

Good morning team. Today is the first day of the Plastic Free EcoChallenge. Don't forget to log your actions and invite some friends,  family members or coworkers. It's hard to escape plastic in this modern world, but we can all make small choices that make a big difference. "Be the change you wish to see in the world."
