Reflection QuestionFood Skip the StrawHave you noticed a shift in your community as more messaging about reusable straws becomes mainstream? Cite some examples.
Donna Hargrove 7/21/2020 6:30 AMI haven't noticed a shift in my community. I still see plastic straws being used.-
Melanie Stewart 7/21/2020 1:04 PMAs a whole, I agree--there's not a lot of messaging and it's still a lot of plastic straws. However, the Med Center has paper straws as an option and several businesses do too-they tend to be independently owned/non-franchise restaurants, but it gives me hope that there are some.
