Still find it difficult to turn down the disposable plastic bags to put produce in at the stores. Just not ready to have "stuff" touch my food directly!  I have purchased oranges and corn without bags and find I'm compelled to wash them before peeling for consumption. I thought about bringing a 'produce' bag of my own, but due to Covid the store seemed to be discouraging bringing bags from home. Perhaps later this year/next to implement saving those plastic bags.

Plastic is everywhere!  It actually is difficult even to get home from the store without stuff in plastic to make sure it stays clean or doesn't roll around loose. I have found it easier to decrease my plastic footprint by not eating take-out.
