Drew Maestas 7/09/2020 6:10 AMI revisited a favorite, Forks Over Knives, it stresses the importance of our diet choices on climate change. Eliminating or reducing meat and dairy product consumption is good for our body, our planet, and to reduce suffering!-
Kristin Curry 7/09/2020 8:53 AMI haven't seen this one, but sounds like something I am going to check out for sure!

Drew Maestas 7/09/2020 6:05 AMThis month I have become aware of every time I consume something in single use plastic. Even when trying to make good choices, like having a healthy bottled smoothie, I see that there is a negative repercussion. I bought some frozen veggies and fruits and tried my hand at making my own smoothies!
They were good, but then I realized that the almond milk, orange juice, bag the fruit was in...etc. Pretty much all had ties to plastic. I am much more dependent than I had previously realized.-
Lisa Wallis 7/16/2020 6:57 AMI know....I went to store just to pick up a few things. Eggs...ok I bought in cardboard but the organic ones were in plastic!?!?!?! Now what organic and plastic? That's just not right. And almost $5.00 for a dozen!!
