    Food Buy Unpackaged Produce
Why do you think these produce products started amassing so much plastic packaging? Who is the plastic packaging really serving -- the consumer, the producer, or someone else?

I appreciate having a local farmer's market where I can purchase unwrapped produce every weekend.

It's easy to purchase unwrapped produce at a farmer's market.  When at the grocery store, I do not use the plastic bags that are provided as it makes no sense to me when the items can still be weighed without a bag.
