Pat Meehan 7/10/2020 2:56 AMSeems like so much more is achievable when working from home while in honesty its like everything else and committing to making the time, pickling some veg with my kid really trumps getting sucked into twitter for 15 minutes....:) -
Pat Meehan 7/08/2020 1:44 AMBeing part of this challenge makes me more aware to do tasks daily that I previously did occasionally-
Pat Meehan 7/22/2020 7:36 AMHi Dana, its everything from zero waste meals, plastic free produce to learning new make my own cooking processes, things that I too often did when they suited or I wasn't "too busy" are now just part of the normal day.
Outside of my daily challenges on here, we are lucky to live beside the beach and have visited every day of lockdown with my son, but only since I began this challenge we have a sack we bring every day to collect plastics & rubbish. We now watch Planet Earth instead of cartoons for a bit every day (small steps).
In general what both I and we as a team achieve within this month is the tip of the iceberg going forward,, its an educational experience for me and new habits are simply becoming the norm... -
