I will keep my challenge that will lead me to healthy life. I will rethink about my wastes. Reduce them as much as possible by buying smart.

    Lifestyle Watch a Documentary
Which documentary did you choose to watch? What did you learn?

    Kei Okano 7/30/2020 8:56 PM
I watched "slowing down the fast fashion" on amazon video. I will not  throw away the clothes that I can use with repairing.
  • Reflection Question
    Food Minimize Packaging
With the added mindfulness of reducing your packaging, what have you noticed about the amount and type of single use plastics used for packaging when you shop in the grocery store?

    Kei Okano 7/30/2020 8:51 PM
I use self self check out, because they (at the manned check out)  use too much plastic package.

I watched the documentary "zoom back Ochiai".  in the program, Yoichi Ochiai said "human being controls the nature too much. We have fought against the nature. The covit-19 virus is due to the economic development and forest cutdowns. The virus should have  been kept in the nature." We should be a part of nature.

Thank you for sharing Kei will check out the documentary! Makes me think if what Dr. Zach Bush MD shared in this interview:

I watched the documentary "edible city" which is now available on YOUTUBE free.  I agree that the foods are too much industrialized. They should be independent from economic system.

I will go starbucks less, because they use plastic cups only because of Covit-19 virus now. I went there 10 times last month though.. I will go and share my opinion with sugar- free products shop worker.
