    Food Lobby for Reusables
What are some of the cases you could make to an employer for why switching to durable dishes and utensils is actually in their best interest as well?

I have reusable serveware and utensils available in my store and I reach out to other managers to let them know that they are available to order. Not only do they save plastic utensils and cups that cost money and end up in a landfill (or as litter), but many of my customers appreciate having them available. For some it is an indication that we are considering our environmental impact while other simply appreciate the metal utensils over the flimsy plastic ones.

We used to have a drawer next to the warming station with a utensil holder and all our reusables… like at home. 👌🏻 so great- need to get back to this. Great job Christopher!
