Disposable tampons and menstrual pads are often quite expensive. What are the economic and personal benefits of this switch for you?

Everything helps. Disposable is much easier though

MY employer is not allowing us to use our own cups for coffee due to COVID-19. They have compost-able cups and recyclable lids. I'm taking them home to collect my food scraps and tossing the cup in the compost bin and recycling the lid!

Currently most of the packaging for toothpaste is plastic. How can you advocate for more alternatives through your purchasing power and influence in community?

Homemade makeup is a practice which has been done in community for thousands of centuries as many indigenous women relied on plants for their bright make up. How can you incorporate that sense of community as you embark on a similar pursuit?

I have never worn makeup (except when I was forced to for performances) because I don't care what people think about my looks and if they really want to know me they shouldn't care if I am pretty or not.
