This month has gone by so quickly!! Great job, everyone! Keep making positive changes!
  • Reflection Question
    Lifestyle Watch a Documentary
Which documentary did you choose to watch? What did you learn?

LeShea Upchurch Cochu 7/31/2019 4:22 PM
A Plastic Ocean. I learned that we have a long way to go and a lot of habits to change. I think the hardest thing will be getting the general public to understand and care about the issue enough to actually make changes
  • Reflection Question
    Pets Pet Waste
By composting your pet waste, you are turning waste into nutrients to feed the soil. In what other ways can you turn waste into a resource in your life?

LeShea Upchurch Cochu 7/31/2019 4:20 PM
    Vegetable and flower Garden compost
  • Reflection Question
    Food Use Reusable Containers
How can you think outside the box (or bag!) when it comes to disposables?

LeShea Upchurch Cochu 7/31/2019 4:19 PM
Reusable bags and containers, reusable wraps
  • Reflection Question
Community Raise Money For a Nonprofit
What are organizations in your region doing to address plastic pollution or other related issues? How can you support them?

LeShea Upchurch Cochu 7/31/2019 4:17 PM
There are beach and other cleanups happening. I can support them by volunteering and offering financial support
  • Reflection Question
    Lifestyle Travel Smart
How can/did you prepare to be successful in this action? Did you engage in conversation with anyone about your new habit?

LeShea Upchurch Cochu 7/28/2019 7:52 PM
I packed my reusable toiletries in one container. I also made sure we had reusable cups, straws and utensils in the car for when we stopped to eat.

Traveling and i have all my plastic free toiletries packed!

  • LeShea Upchurch Cochu 7/22/2019 6:04 PM
How's everyone doing on their challenges?

  • LeShea Upchurch Cochu 7/21/2019 2:43 PM
I will never understand why people leave their trash and dirty diapers for someone else to clean up
