Do some research on polystyrene and polyvinyl. How many items in your house already contain these toxins?

As far as I see none of them are in my household.

My challenge is cooking meals without any plastic. Although I am used to buy products in glass jar and veggies without any package it is difficult because there is always something which is in plastic or paper together with a plastic window. Really frustrating.

For me it is a Health aspect: natural fibres and natural colors have no chemicals in it.

When I have changed to it my intention was to reduce palmoil products in my household. You don't need many products, most soaps can be used as shampoo, for hand washing and shower.

How can you advocate for the importance of reducing packaging to the rest of your friends, family and larger community?

Being a role model and showing how it works. Photos which touch people, I.e. dolphins with plastic in mouth help, too. Talk to them and remind them that there are alternatives.

It is my 3rd participation. I am much more aware of the problem and how I can avoid plastic, but the participation is always a good reminder.
