    Just posted on my personal social media page to share that  I met a birthday girl who invited her friends to come celebrate her birthday by participating in the beach clean up in South Padre.     Slowly creeping up on 15,000 people participating in the challenge this year.  The overall impact numbers are going to be impressive, and even better when all participants continue the progress long after the month has ended.

    We create a lot of waste at home, mostly because of the amount of animals we have and the ease of using disposable items to clean up after them. Wecould  reduce the most by using more washable cleaning rags rather than paper towels and such.

    Missed the creek cleanup at work, but still made a difference picking up trash at our neighborhood park.

    Long hot morning,  cool down with soft serve ice cream in a waffle cone because it means no single use plastic!

    Ordered some aluminum hardware.  As much as I hate that they came in plastic bags I can at least understand it.  What I don’ t understand is the nine air pillows for these two bags of hardware.  Shipping feedback sent.
