I use 10 % less plastic than most Americans, but its still not enough. I was surprised by how much more I use versus someone in India.

Allyson Szydlowski 7/07/2020 10:28 AMI didn't realize that the "LEARN MORE" tab under each selected action provided suggested links to videos and other insightful resources. I was looking to virtually tour a waste management facility for today's action and found the Single Stream Recycling - Tour a Material Recovery Facility (MRF). It is amazing how dependent we are on machinery for speed, yet how necessary a human being is for accuracy. I am definitely going to watch a few more to compare and contrast the different facilities. -

Allyson Szydlowski 7/01/2020 1:21 PMMy boyfriend and I have planned a camping trip for the 4th of July. We have purchased reusable bamboo cups, plates, bowls and silverware! We also purchased reusable Tupperware for fruits, vegetables, dips etc. All of these items will stay with the camper in a storage bin for repeated use!-
