    I’ve found that the easiest way to do this is to utilize a meal plan and create a shopping list—but making sure I include ingredient amounts to avoid overbuying.  I ensure I stick to my list.

    Everyone should know how the recycling process works so that we can change our habits to make their processes easier (e.g., separate recycling by type, do not put in paper/cardboard that is contaminated)

    This week I learned about the specific plastic odors released into the water that mimic some species natural food odor—this is one reason for the debris toxin consumption by ocean animals.

    The watch party was a great way to foster conversation amongst the group that would have otherwise not occurred. It sparked motivation for action in our community in the upcoming month.
