    My own hydroflask, used for my coffee all day.  Keeps disposable cups out of the landfill, and my coffee warm!

    It is convenient and automatic to receive/take cutlery when getting takeout but try to get into the habit of saying "no thank you." Small, individual changes lead to large impacts if everyone starts to do it!
