    Brining your own utensils ends up making your an advocate whether you like it our not because people notice! Plastic is often used for take out so one way to keep spreading the message is to always leave a “no plastic utensils please!” Note in the comments when ordering food and maybe even explain way.

    I’m becoming so much more aware of how much plastic there is in my life.  It’s raised my awareness and is pushing me to think of creative substitutes.

    From Browse Garden at The Maryland Zoo - saves produce costs, transportation costs, packaging and energy cost to grow some of our own food for the animals. This garden will expand to an area in zoo open to public and will have interpretation that features the benefits of growing own produce and buying produce locally. Hopefully this project...
