    No longer putting produce in plastic bags is a new habit! Now taking a reusable bag into the store specifically for produce.

    I've had so much fun this month sharing my journey on social media, creating new sustainable habits, and looking for ways to reduce my waste. I think I'm most proud of starting to compost! I'm excited to be removing so much food waste and even some carboard from landfills.

    Using reusable metal water bottles has been so easy. I'm drinking more water now and I feel good.

    There are so many items that use plastic in our lives. A little change daily or even monthly can make a huge impact on repurposing our plastic consumption.

    Plastics are a huge problem for our environment and for both humans and animal life but if we use it responsibly we can reduce our carbon footprint. TASK: Choose only plastics that are made of recyclable plastics and try to lessen your consumption of plastics overall.
