    In many lower areas of income, styrofoam is way more relevant because it is the cheaper alternative, especially in the restaurants around there.

    those weird pads in the meat packaging are gross and I have to imagine there are better options out there. I used to buy my meat at the butcher when I could, but affordability has changed with food

    My thoughts and feelings are that I cannot spend too much energy thinking about it because I can only control my own actions. I can lead by example and try to do it in such a way that others don't feel criticized so that if they choose, they can decide to make positive changes on their own and feel they have ownership of those choices

    Balloons are non-necessary and it would be nice if people acted like it, but I cannot control others. I hosted a community cleanup last year and was appalled at how many balloons we found out in the woods and on the side of the road. I doubt I will ever buy a balloon for the rest of my life.     I am concerned about people's inability to face reality. Let's take the fact that we have been inundated with smoke and wildfires and yet people still clamor to set off fireworks every 4th of July and the like despite the thousands of fires they start, the man injuries, and the incredible harm and dangers to wildlife and pets.     I don't use glitter after hearing years ago that it was harmful to the environment though I do have a couple of somewhat sparkly eye shadows
