Bar soaps contain fewer chemicals and last longer than liquid soaps.

At home, I replaced plastic bags by using paper bags (which were accumulating) for garbage. Keeping a supply of reusable bags in all of our cars comes in handy for transporting many items, at all times!

Packaged snacks do not provide the same nutrients as fruits and vegetables. You get the essential fiber and antioxidants that come from eating whole fruits and veggies!

By eliminating single-use items, you can save the energy and materials that went into them and prevent waste that needs to be recycled or sent to landfills.

I will use cold water to clean microfiber and will also line dry outside in the sunshine, during the warmer weather.

Some supermarket chains have begun to phase out plastic in produce packaging ...so be sure to have plenty of your own reusable bags with you!
