Used my aluminum water bottle while im out and a glass to drink water while im at home.

Strategically timing the use of my AC units and window coverings, to maximize shading during day and open windows at night to keep house cool, and minimize AC units until absolutely necessary. 

I believe it is going quite well. I did fail because of a wonderful gelato that comes in a plastic container, but perhaps my sin is offset by using the container to store my prepared in advance meals. 

It's ok. I feel as though this current climate of pandemic life is going to make it harder in some ways to reach goals. Maybe easier too. I keep thinking about how making the plastic free challenge so individual/end consumer based is missing the bigger, systemic picture. It's not a secret that it's actually industry that is the biggest polluter...

Instead of disposing of perfectly reusable plastic take out food containers, we washed them and my son took them to his place in Eugene to use as Tupperware.

We are transitioning from plastic food and water storage containers to glass and stainless steel. Also we replaced your Teflon coated appliances with ceramic coated appliances recently.
