July 31 at 8:03 AMFinal day, making strong push to get my daily activities in. Have been picking up trash each day as I walk the dog around our neighborhood. It's interesting to see what people leave around the neighborhood hoepfully on accident and not purposefully

July 31 at 4:31 AMHome from 9 days babysitting my nephews. Flew in last night from VA. I brought my reusable water bottle and filled up at the airport so I didn't have to buy water bottles. I only used 1 plastic water bottle all week and that was because I accidentally left my reusable at home. They didn't have lose tea, so hoping to at least have loose tea today.

July 27 at 9:25 AMThe month is winding down and happy to make these changes a habit!

July 27 at 6:11 AMI got my glass and plastic skin care jars shipped off yesterday to Terra Cycle. I am so happy they do this and my jars won't end up in a landfill!

July 26 at 12:22 PMLooking to finish strong for the challenge!

July 26 at 8:28 AMWorking side by side with my kids and grandkids to produce food that we love, what could be better than that?
-
July 26 at 8:27 AMI started making our laundry soap years ago. My son is hypersensitive to chemicals and preservatives, so we ditched store bought soaps and started making our own. Everything we use is natural and from the Earth.

July 26 at 8:25 AMI have not used a dryer for our clothes for at least 6 years. We either hang them to dry outside if it's sunny or inside by the attic fan if it's raining. It's a saings of electricity and money. It just makes cent$, lol

July 26 at 8:23 AMI started making our own products about a year ago. I buy the items in bulk and combine them according to our family's needs. I love knowing what is in the products we use and how it will positively affect our health and the environment.

July 26 at 7:36 AMWhen plastic water bottles are exposed to heat from the sun, they can leach toxins into the drinking water.
