    There could still be less, but in the current pandemic, packaging style is important as well mitigating amount of plastic used.  There seems to be more packaging to avoid less human contact.

    Many of these things I grew up doing and was encouraged to do by my thrifty, rural family. So great to see this challenge bringing more people into the action!

    Before bed last night I made a 2 quart batch of yogurt in my Instant Pot and this morning it was done and ready for cooling in the frig.  Should be enough for yummy whole milk yogurt for the week and will eliminate 2 plastic containers!
