The most difficult part of recycling is the difference in what is recyclable in different locations. Having differing abilities leads to a lot of contamination as people think they are doing the right thing. Also makes it hard to remember what is recycle and what is not.

I've been walking everywhere in my community. I walk to get groceries, return library books, get my hair cut, etc. I'm saving a lot on gas by eliminating short trips, and saving the air from pollution, too!

Even though the month of July is over tomorrow I'll keep reading this book and thinking about Sustainable Fashion!

While I've still used a couple bags, I think my fridge looks much more organized when I rely on reusable containers to store my food!

I love doing this challenge. It make me so much more aware of my plastic usage. I am constantly trying to find better ways to help our planet. Our TZ group did a phenomenal job on this challenge. Kudos to all.

I love baking so this was a great chance to learn some more about making bread! The process of making food is something I take comfort in, it gives me the chance to learn what exactly I'm eating and I love that I'm aware now about skipping the plastic packaging for store bought bread.

Environmental justice refers to the fair distribution of environmental benefits and burdens, ensuring that no particular group bears a disproportionate share of negative environmental impacts. Disproportionate exposure: Communities with lower socioeconomic status or predominantly marginalized populations often bear the brunt of negative...
