July 31 at 1:23 PMThe most difficult part of recycling is the difference in what is recyclable in different locations. Having differing abilities leads to a lot of contamination as people think they are doing the right thing. Also makes it hard to remember what is recycle and what is not.

July 31 at 11:23 AMI've been walking everywhere in my community. I walk to get groceries, return library books, get my hair cut, etc. I'm saving a lot on gas by eliminating short trips, and saving the air from pollution, too!

July 30 at 6:25 PMI haven't been able to commit the amount of time that I wanted for this action, but I started reading a book called Worn: A People's History Of Clothing by Sofi Thanhauser specifically for this action. July 29 at 7:10 AMI love doing this challenge. It make me so much more aware of my plastic usage. I am constantly trying to find better ways to help our planet. Our TZ group did a phenomenal job on this challenge. Kudos to all.

July 18 at 5:33 AMI love baking so this was a great chance to learn some more about making bread! The process of making food is something I take comfort in, it gives me the chance to learn what exactly I'm eating and I love that I'm aware now about skipping the plastic packaging for store bought bread.

July 16 at 10:32 AMEnvironmental justice refers to the fair distribution of environmental benefits and burdens, ensuring that no particular group bears a disproportionate share of negative environmental impacts. Disproportionate exposure: Communities with lower socioeconomic status or predominantly marginalized populations often bear the brunt of negative...
