Save Jars for Reuse

Pinterest may want you to think that you need a cupboard full of matching mason jars, but reusing what we already have is one of the best ways to reduce our waste. This month, instead of recycling glass jars (such as pasta sauce, pickles, and salsa jars), I will save them to reuse for food storage.

Plastic free has been a work in progress this year. My biggest adjustment is making sure I have my reusable shopping bags in my car each time I go grocery shopping. I also love that I can choose in the Walmart app to not have my groceries bagged for my pickup order and have them in my bags at time of pickup.
