    I am signed up to make 3 plastic free meals.  As I go through my day I think of things I can  make and am SO surprised to realize how much of our food is in plastic containers.  Even if I buy bulk it is still plastic.  All I can think of are all produce related meals as long as I use my own bags.  I plan to make yogurt and hope to find milk in...

    When I pick up trash & recycling as I run around my neighborhood, I find myself paying a lot more attention to litter than I would otherwise, being conscious of it, when I might otherwise prefer to ignore it, since it is unsightly.
