    I made a new batch of yogurt and am surprised to find that it is just the way I like it!!! creamy and less tangy.  I am really glad this is working out because I can stop bringing home 32 oz plastic containers!  Participating in this Eco challenge has gotten me thinking about single use plastic all of the time.  I bring it up in many...
