    I have noticed many of the microwavable foods have single use plastic trays.  Some boxes seem to be a little over sized for what you are getting.  However many of these trays are recyclable.

    I have always preferred to make my own foods, rather than purchasing.  A shortage of time is the reason I purchase more processed foods.

    I performed a waste audit by recording my waste (both compostable and not) each day. I used some form of plastic everyday in the past week. YIKES! Where can I improve? Where can I not improve..
