Excellent work team! Thank you again from the bottom of my heart :)

This month has been a fantastic challenge and I’m excited to report that even though it can seem like I didn’t put a dent in the amount of litter around me I definitely made a change in how people look at litter because of my eagerness to pick it up on my block. Many people came up and asked why I was doing it. When I told them about this...

Hello Team…this is it :) We are in the final stretch of this year’s Plastic Free Ecochallenge, I am so proud of Team All Creatures and this collective of 4,500 individuals who came together to challenge the status quo and say “no thanks” to plastics this month. In these last four days of the challenge, where can you dig in a little bit more...

Hello Team All Creatures, I hope you are doing well and taking steps to reduce your plastic consumption. I am really enjoying reading about and researching the issues and complexities surrounding recycling. Very eye-opening. My goal is to keep this momentum moving forward in the months to come to continue decreasing my plastic consumption. I...

I do a lot of the ordering and try to minimize the disposables we keep stocked.

In addition to my reusable grocery and produce bags, I keep containers and an extra mug in my car so I don’t have to use takeout containers at restaurants, and if I forget my coffee mug, I still have one for coffee to-go!

To go that extra mile I started to pack a Tupperware container with me so when I go to a food truck or the hot bar at a store I can use that instead of their plastic!

It’s going great. I love to have this reminder each year to up the scale on what interventions I do to decrease what I use in my life, and for my family.

I hadn’t heard about this challenge before but I love its idea. Im a huge litter picker upper and have been since I was a kid. Without prompting from my parents or family I was all about recycling bottles and cans and making sure that recyclables made it to their bin. It was that weird quirk that some kids just randomly develop. But I think it...
