    A lot of the plastic free challenges are things I already do but I learned about some other ways I can incorporate as well!

    Will thought about what this month taught me. It may take time to make changes in my life. But with a little help, I know I can do it. To understand and learned how to use reusable plastic.

    I have been sharing my journey this year about the Plastic Eco Challenge with many in person.  At work, at the gym and at Reid Park Zoo.

    My gym friend started bringing a reusable water bottle instead of a single use bottle.  I made sure I gave her a high five After Zumba class.

    Plastic is showing up inside of fish and other aquatic life.  We need reduce and properly dispose these plastics due to the harm it does on our oceans and our planet.

    Natural fibers are usually more comfortable to wear.  Hemp would be a great material to make clothing.  It could be the next thing agriculturally we could even export to support our economy.
